How to download price lists from Google Sheets

To configure the download of price lists from Google Sheets, you should:

1. Create a Google spreadsheet, fill it with data.

2. Grant access - "Anyone with the link" is Viewer:


3. Copy and edit the link.
For example the link is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JPM3bQ4dZgkiB6aJ2pR4Z6PO6ectNpEZtxNgwXcfUL0/edit?usp=sharing
You should delete "/edit?usp=sharing" and add "/export?format=xlsx" to get the link like: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JPM3bQ4dZgkiB6aJ2pR4Z6PO6ectNpEZtxNgwXcfUL0/export?format=xlsx

4. Go to "Suppliers" in Control Panel and click on "Download from the Internet" button.

5. Fill in the download settings with the Google Sheets link in this way:
  1) Go to Advanced mode
  2) Protocol: https://
  3) Host: docs.google.com
  4) Port: 443
  5) The path to the file, relative to the root of the server: - a part of the link without the domain. It is spreadsheets/d/1JPM3bQ4dZgkiB6aJ2pR4Z6PO6ectNpEZtxNgwXcfUL0/export?format=xlsx for the test link.

Click on Save.
